Build your own highly successful, profitable, recruitment business with SSR.

As an established brand leader within specialist sectors of global recruitment, SSR are expanding their international operating base and seek like minded individuals to join our network of professional recruiters.

By now you may be aware that recruitment operates with, very low overheads, whilst the income ranges from between 25-30% of an applicants salary and contractor margins operate at equally high values. As such, finding the talent will continue to yield high returns.

SSR was founded in 1986 and has expanded to operate around the globe from our head office in London. Whilst we are based in London, our operations have expanded, and we now operate from offices in South Africa and Washington USA.
Our strategy had been simple: Firstly, create a sector specific recruitment company, developing award winning systems that retain staff, increase sales revenues and are recognised as the best in class. Secondly, we pilot international centres to ensure that the model works across international trading boundaries. Thirdly, establish licensees to grow the SSR brand throughout the major recruiting centres of Europe, the Middle and Far-East, Asia and America. SSR provide country-wide licences, not sector or regional licences – “in a global economy we think globally.”
SSR is now entering this third tier. Our aim is to expand our network internationally – sharing the knowledge and expertise developed since 1986 as we grew our business. As such, we need leaders and entrepreneurs to join SSR and develop their countrywide licences. SSR licence holders are encouraged to act locally, think globally.
SSR differentiates itself by focusing on sector specific markets, providing the full range of recruitment and selection services (from executive search, contingency, contracted hire, through to psychometric testing, assessment centres and automated response handling services. This approach ensures that client demands are met, not squandered. Further, we develop and reward our staff, not only because we like to work with them but because there is a genuine business case; driving up longevity ensure the continuous delivery of quality services and that costs are controlled. Investing heavily in our IT infrastructure, we retain our knowledge and ensure that opportunities are not wasted.
In addition, we seek to ensure that co-operation between all teams remains seamless, thereby ensuring that clear processes and procedures do not hamper the delivery of services. End user satisfaction is more important than internal processes, client satisfaction before egos! This ensures that clients return time and time again and sustainable revenue streams are assured.

Many leaders come to us with a track record of success within their own industries, others with an idea of how lucrative recruitment can be, others are merely curious and exploring which sector to set up business, but one thing they all possess is motivation. Everyone who works with SSR is motivated to fulfil his or her own goals.
