What is a career in cleaning management and what routes are open to you?  How do you secure your first job and what skills are required?  This half-day seminar looks not only at the skills necessary but how you can obtain them, how to present them and some top tips on getting ahead. Includes a meeting with a recruitment consultant who can review your CV and provide hints on ‘how to’.

Security Professionals (half day)

What is a career in security management and what pathways are open to you?  How do you secure your first job and what skills are required?  This half-day seminar looks not only at the skills necessary but how you can obtain them, how to present them and some top tips on getting ahead.

Cleaning Services (whole day)

A one-day course that will leave you, not with paper certificates, but BICS accredited modules to help kick start your way into work.  Included in the day is a session with a specialist recruitment consultant who can advise you on the paths to flexible or permanent work.

The Concierge (whole day)

This one day course traces the origins of a Concierge and their pursuit of Customer Service Excellence.  Delivers skills essential to a concierge: the key verbal, visual, written communications and relationship building, working as part of an effective team, health and safety, manual handling, slips and trips, body spillages and sharps removal.

                   This venue is close to Blackhorse Road underground (Victoria Line) and there is also a large car park opposite the underground station.
