Job description: Our client is an independent installer of high quality, technically advanced integrated security solutions to multi-national organisations using the latest IT communication technology and due to their continued expansion they now seek Integrated Systems Sales Executive based along the M4 Corridor

The role for the success candidate will be to develop new business opportunities within the electronic security integrated systems market sector to end users, architects, specifiers and M&Es.

Selling the full range of CCTV, Access Control, and fully integrated systems. Our client also services clients throughout Europe with average order values ranging from £30k - £50k with projects won and completed to values in excess of £1.5 million with the regional coverage inclusive of the M4 and parts of the M5.

A first year target ranging between £250k - £300k makes this role realistic in expected first year sales performance

£30k Basic salary
£45k OTE –1st years earnings – 2nd year £55k+ All Uncapped

Position: Integrated Systems Sales Executive
Salary: To £30k + 2% gross order value commission
Location(s): South East/M4 corridor
Job description: Our client is an independent systems solution provider, with an impressive client based, providing state of the art electronic security solutions for a variety of standard and specialist applications.

Through expansion they now seek an Integrated Systems Sales Executive that can assist in the development of their business.

The role will be to develop new business integrated security systems opportunities through the south east and UK from construction companies, M&E’s schools, colleagues, local government and PFI’s. Projects to be sought should range from £50k - £150k in value but larger projects can be catered for.

Candidate profile: Candidates must be able to demonstrate new business wins within the mentioned market sectors above, capable of achieving £500 - £600k of new business annually, able to design security systems to a value of £100k, and respond to tenders with minimal supervision in a timely manner,

The success candidate depending on achievements, will have the potential to be offered profit share &/or equity within the business.

Job description: The Integrated Systems Sales Executive is responsible for the identification of sales opportunities and their conversion to orders to meet sales, revenue and margin objectives. The position carries sector responsibility including a personal sales target of £1.million +

Developing business opportunities within the petro-chem. Industry the following would be expected from the successful candidate.



·Development and implementation of Business Sector Sales and Marketing Strategy to include:
·Key accounts
·Definition and production of collateral requirements
·Definition and implementation of marketing activity plan
·Introduction and management of Account Management approach across key accounts
·Production and review of monthly sales forecast with the Sales & Marketing Manager by agreed dates.
·Maintenance and production of rolling forward sector forecast
·Performance reviews, activity levels

Candidate profile: Ideally educated to graduate level, the candidate should be able to demonstrate sales success within the market sector along with experience of the major security systems market, with familiarity of networked access control and CCTV and Perimeter systems. Familiarity with Government specifications such Rotakin will be expected.
