Position: Internal CCTV Sales Executive
Salary: 20-25k Basic , 40k OTE Uncapped
Location(s): Hertfordshire
Job description: Business Development- cold calling and client visits
Producing quotations and Processing orders
Answering technical queries and providing relevant product support
Penetration of existing accounts up selling new networking product ranges
Prospecting and generating a new pipeline of clients in line with targets
Update client information on internal CRM and sales database
Create and execute a sales forecast for your territory
Achieve sales targets and maximise sales activity

The successful candidate will be given a sales target every month and will be rewarded with uncapped commissions and year-end bonus. Full training will also be given.
Candidate profile: Minimum 3 years in selling IP security products
A good level of written English as well as good computer literacy
Very driven, ambitious and a hardworking attitude
A good networking knowledge of IP CCTV including patch panels, routers, switches, etc.
A good knowledge of networking configuration and different applications.

Position: Area Sales Manager

Job description: My client is looking for an Area Sales Manager (ASM) to join there rapidly expanding team.
You will be dealing with a specific territory made up of distributors, installers, end users and key industry specifiers. Working in a home based environment an ASM needs to be highly self-motivated, disciplined and able to work successfully unsupervised. Central to the role is the ability to open new doors and business opportunities, to gain appointments that lead to presentations, negotiations and ultimately drive through sales.
To achieve this goal the ASM must demonstrate and apply the additional skills of market research and analysis, negotiation, conducting training sessions, personal and territorial management. The ASM is expected to increase the company’s market share by the implementation of a strategic sales and activity plan.
As the position requires an ASM to manage and entire region the need for overnight travel is necessary from time to time.
You will be selling the companies range of Large Scale PIDS = Perimeter Intruder Detections Systems, PIR’s and Lazer products.

Achieve sales activity targets for the defined region.
Produce a detailed sales development plan for region (updated annually).
Conducting face to face sales presentations to strategic key industry organizations.
Compile weekly/monthly sales activity and sales plan reports as required.
Collect and maintain detailed market information relating to the company’s position within the market place in particular review market and update stats.
Accurately maintain and update customer information and sales/technical activity relating to customer ACT! data base.
Develop and maintain a close working relationship with installers, distributors, end users and other key figures within the defined region
Conduct technical and sales training for all products as required for customers and strategic partners.
Demonstrate good market knowledge and have extensive existing working relationships with End Users and Consultants etc.
Candidate profile: A Strong Systems Sales Guy with knowledge of project design, A good relationship builder with installers and specifiers to create opportunities within the projects side.
An excellent understanding of perimter intruder detection systems & PIR's
