Due to expansion out client seeks a Indirect Sales Manager for its site protection division

·To aid and help develop a key account strategy and plan for our indirect sales channel
·To personally manage, build relationships and develop sales with Key pre-identified customers.
·To work with the sales team and develop a strategy that effectively develops sales and profitability within key targeted and pre defined companies.

Key Responsibilities

·Personally manage predefined key accounts and maximise on the sales potential in these businesses.
·Development and visualisation of key ratios.
·Visualise and Report on the success and areas of improvement for the team and you personal accounts
·Visualise clearly the potential with each target account and communicate the growth plan
·Personally develop relationships with key customers

Salary & Package details

£32k - £38k Basic Salary – depending on experience and sales achievements
OTE £55k - £60k- uncapped commission

Candidate profile: . Experienced Senior Sales Executive used to selling Via third parties and introducing specification sales

Position: Sales Manager EDS (Electronic Door Security)
Salary: £40k - £45k + bonus/Commission
Location(s): UK Wide
Job description: Take full responsibility for owning and driving the sales of all EDS products across the business unit
Deliver Sales and Profit results for all EDS product categories and brands against challenging targets
Coaching and training the locksmith sales team in terms of product/market knowledge along with sales techniques for the EDS product portfolio
Develop and implement effective business plans aligned with the both company and group strategic EDS objectives.
Identify new business opportunities across all accounts and channels and oversee the successful development and launch of new product initiatives as required by the market
Identify and open new accounts and routes to market as required
Instigate powerful pricing and promotional campaigns on a rolling basis
Deliver accurate sales and budget forecasts
Identifying product gaps and developing solutions using group resources in both sourcing and product design development and manufacture
Delivery necessary sales/technical data to Marketing Dept to ensure effective marcom support is achieved

Principal Accountabilities :

Net Sales and Contribution against predetermined targets
Delivery of account activity on time and to budget.
Delivery of product sales and margin according to budgets
Ensure the loyalty of existing customers.
Appointment of new EDS dealers as required
Forecast future trends.
Pro active gathering of market intelligence

Candidate profile: Evidence of career progression including a successful track record in appointing and developing key accounts in the electronic security industry

Clear evidence of achieving targets and delivering both customer and product driven growth
Demonstrable knowledge of the EDS market products,players and trends.

Job description:
The primary purpose is to manage the sales activities with the objective of generating new business and thereby increasing the number of approved companies.

A secondary role is to raise awareness with all stakeholders, in line with our vision, values and long-term objectives.

This role is Office-based, with travel and occasional overnight stays

Duties Include

·Responsible for the sales and marketing of the companies services
·Develop annual sales plans, in conjunction with Senior Management
·Identify and react to new business opportunities
·Generate new sales prospects and leads to meet annual sales target
·Manage the sales and marketing budget
·Manage the sales and marketing staff
·Manage enquiries and quotations
·Maintain awareness of current market trends and technical standards
·Manage the public and press relations activities
·Manage exhibitions and seminars
·Manage appropriate databases
·Manage company websites
·Provide reports and statistics for the Senior Management Team
·Conduct visits to potential applicants (including pre-application liaison visits)
·Contribute to the development of the company’s overall business strategy
·Coordinate the receipt of applications
·Represent and promote the company at relevant industry events and activities
·Prepare and deliver presentations, internally and externally, as appropriate
·Conduct post-application satisfaction surveys

Salary & package details

Salary c.£43k p.a. Neg
Company car on a three year lease from a specified user-chooser list.

Candidate profile: Must have experience within the electronic security industry

·Bachelors Degree qualification or equivalent
·Sales experience within the services industry, or with a certification body or equivalent
